WHAT WE OFFER:

The Academy will be able to offer a full range of services in order to assist the clients in their particular needs. Thus the clients will not have to search for an organisation to assist them with their needs as it will be available within the Academy. Each division will work with each other in order to provide effective coordination of a clients progress should more than one division be used by a client.

Due to the serious pending level in unemployment due to the increase in redundancies caused by COVID-19 we are offering a personal service to assist clients seek employment or self employment. A n introduction fee of £25 will be charged after which there are no fees. We offer individual guidance in seeking employment or self employment opportunities.

Communication: We will be working with clients on a face -to-face basis after the current restrictions are removed.

However, in the meantime, we will communicate by way of Zoom, Skype, Whats App or telephone in order to discuss with a client what experience or qualifications, if any, they have and if they are wanting to remain in their recent type of employment eg catering, electrical, plumbing , horticulture or to change direction with regards to future employment or self employment.

We are specialising in offering interview training and apprenticeship opportunities and we have contacts with employers in Cornwall covering a range of services. In the past we have found clients employment in local businesses even though may have no qualifications or experience proving that we believe that if you have no experience or qualifications but are willing to learn then you are employable.

The opportunity to start your own business has never been so great due to the number of suppliers of products and services who have closed down thereby providing the opportunity for entrepreneurs to start their own business. We have experienced mentors who have started and managed their own businesses who will assist you with your business. As stated there is an initial introduction fee of £25 after which there are no other fees.
